When you submit our Inspection Request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, the type of service you are asking about, the asset or site address, and any project details you choose to share. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote or scope, and follow up about the work you asked about. The same applies if you email us or call us directly.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (GoDaddy) and content delivery network (Cloudflare) automatically log basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security, to keep the site running reliably, and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
Cookies
Our site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to function, including cookies set by Cloudflare for security and performance and cookies used by our form plugin to prevent spam submissions. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe them. Aerial imagery, thermal data, and mapping products we capture during a client engagement belong to the client under the terms of our services agreement and are not covered by this website policy. We fly in compliance with FAA Part 107 and do not intentionally capture imagery of neighboring properties or individuals beyond what is necessary for the authorized mission.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records. If you would like us to delete your contact information, email us at the address below and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Just send a note to the email address below.

Our services are for businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
